Tattooing

Here at Asylum we have a crew of amazing Tattooers with over a half-century of experience between them. We specialize in American traditional, black and grey realism, graphic realism, and custom work.

Smaller pieces are priced by the piece. Larger work varies per artist, but is typically $200/hr. We do require a $100 non-refundable deposit on all tattoo appointments.

Coming into the shop is typically the best way to go about booking, it gives us the opportunity to meet you and understand your vision and goals!

Here are a few things to have ready when it's time to contact us!

Any reference art that will help us understand what you're wanting to get tattooed
Know approximate size (in inches) and location of your desired tattoo
Realistic expectations! We're here to give you a tattoo that will look good now and into the future, so there are some size and detail constraints that we may need to work within

Preparing for your tattoo appointment

Bring a snack and a sugary drink
Make sure you eat before the appointment
Wear comfy clothing that exposes the tattoo area
Take a shower beforehand
Bring deodorant
Bring your phone charger and headphones
Ask for breaks when you need them!

Body Piercing

At our studio, you can feel confident that you will receive the highest quality service. Our piercer Joey has over 17 years of experience and is known for his patient, kind demeanor, attention to detail, and aseptic technique. He takes pride in providing professional and safe piercing services.

All piercings are performed with ASTM F-136 implant grade titanium, ASTM F-138 implant grade stainless steel, and nickel free 14k gold.

Piercing prices vary depending on the jewelry you choose to be pierced with.
